Bob Caton

Bob has an extensive knowledge of senior level Search developed over the last 12 years.  Formerly a Senior Account Manager with HSBC Rail and a Marketing Director for JGC in The Netherlands and Japan, he has an intimate knowledge of both Infrastructure and Utilities.  He has an MA from Oriel College, Oxford University and an MBA from Exeter University.

Graham Franklin

Graham has extensive international and multi-cultural management experience and has held senior management and board positions in a number of “Blue Chip” multi-national organisations. Graham has developed a number of leading edge survey materials and maintains coaching relationships at board and senior management level within an international context. Graham has a Masters degree in international Relations and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Graham has practiced as a management consultant for 15 years and is a member of the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review.

Ric Piper
 
Ric is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with Deloitte. Having been FD of Logica UK and then Group FD of WS Atkins from 1993 to 2002,  since 2003 he has been Chairman or Non-Executive Director for several AIM and privately owned businesses. Ric is a partner with Restoration Partners Limited, which advises technology businesses, and a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel. He is a regular speaker on Effective Boards.
 
Ray Clapp

Ray is interested in culture, management styles and competency as a focus for organisational change.  He worked for many years in private sector industries including food, electrical engineering and petrochemicals, and in roles that ranged from product development through to operational and strategic management.  His consultancy activities have included public and private sector organisations as well as overseas projects for the Foreign Office.  He is a chartered electrical engineer and a visiting professor at the University of Hertfordshire where he is a lecturer and research supervisor in both the department of Psychology and the Business School.

Christian Rolke

Christian has 14 years experience of research in the executive search industry. His particular strengths lie in the infrastructure and industry sectors. He conducts international searches in a variety of different sectors including automotive, aerospace, B2B, public transport, security equipment, consumer goods, contract manufacturing, media, energy, building services, the financial markets and the public sector. He has worked on assignments in the UK, Germany, Russia and the Middle East. Christian is a graduate of Heidelberg University and the London School of Economics.
