Bob has 8 years experience in the Executive Search Business. He was formerly a Senior Account Manager with HSBC Rail and Marketing Director with JGC Corporation, a large Japanese Engineering contractor. Ray Clapp Ray is interested in culture, management styles and competencyas a focus for organisational change. Heworked for many years in private sector industries including food, electrical engineering and petrochemicals, and in roles that ranged from product development through to operational and strategic management. His consultancy activities have included public and private sector organisations as well as overseas projects for the Foreign Office. He is a chartered electrical engineer and a visiting professor at the University of Hertfordshire where he is a lecturer and research supervisor in both the department of Psychology and the Business School.
Christian has 12 years experience of research in the executive search industry. His particular strengths lie in the infrastructure and industry sectors.
