Understand and analyse the Clients needs.
Develop a branding statement and prepare a job marketing document.
Develop a list of target companies and relevant industry professionals.
Identify talent from existing sources/ conduct original research.
Contact and interview qualified and interested individuals
Prepare confidential written reports for Client, including EBPI test reports.
Arrange and support Client Interviews
Assist in offer negotiation with the chosen candidate(s)
Support the newcomers successful integration into the Client Team.
