• Understand and analyse the Clients needs.

  • Develop a branding statement and prepare a job marketing document.

  • Develop a list of target companies and relevant industry professionals.

  • Identify talent from existing sources/ conduct original research.

  • Contact and interview qualified and interested individuals

  • Prepare confidential written reports for Client, including EBPI test reports.

  • Arrange and support Client Interviews

  • Assist in offer negotiation with the chosen candidate(s)

  • Support the newcomers successful integration into the Client Team.
